カンガルーさんの仰るＣＤは恐らく｢コンパクトディスク｣のことと思いますので、以下のように英訳してみました。
『Compact disk elected to the e-mail received.
I was surprised and impressed with all choked up.
Compact disc is that I look forward to receiving it.
Thank you.』
で良いと思います。

1文目のthat節内はSVOで完結しているので、書くなら、前置詞＋関係代名詞か関係副詞にする必要があります。「CD当選」のnoticeなのだから、notice直後の方がわかりやすいです。まぁ「メールで」というのは文脈から考えて省略しても実害はないですね。
