アンナムサはニェメツから来たの？（語源論）

The Arabic word for "Austria" is ???????????? (pronounced An-namsa). Given complete dissimilarity with the English (or the German Österreich, for that matter), I have always wondered where we came up with the Arabic equivalent. Does anyone have any ideas?
