How to change the head photo?(beacome my photo?)

you can write the japanese! I can read little!

I shall write two cases because I don't know
which "photo" you intend.

If you mean that you want to change the image
below, you can do the following steps.

See the page for customizing;

カスタマイズ/管理→デザインの設定→カスタマイズ(or "CUSTOM")

Then find the following lines in your CSS.

#banner,#subbanner{
 ...
 background-image:url("http://parts.blog.livedoor.jp/img/usr/tagfriends13/head.gif");
 ...
}

Overwrite the URL;

background-image:url("URL of new image");

Push [この内容で保存する] and don't forget reconstruction(再構築).
NOTE:This image includes the blue line which shapes
outer bounds. Be careful for your alternative image,
or it can disturb the design.

If you mean that you want to change the photo
of your profile, see the profile page
（カスタマイズ/管理→ユーザー情報）, select new image
from [参照] in the row of "アイコン（表示する画像）"
and reconstruct the sidebar after pushing
[この内容で設定する].

Otherwise you can write the detail in "コメント"
below.（Also, if you want the instruction in
Japanese, you can do so.）

・beacome→become？ But "into" is better.
・"I can read little" means you do NOT read,
so you can say "I can read Japanese a little."
